Disable The Clutter Folder

Microsoft decided it would be a good idea to start moving some of your mail to a separate folder. Do you know how the announced it? They put an email in the clutter folder saying “Welcome To Clutter”. They put it in a folder that you never seen before? Yeah, who is going to see that? Here is how you disable it!

To start off, you want to login to Office 365 Mail using the web portal. Once you are there, and you are in the mail app, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, then click Options.

Office 365 Options Menu

This will open up the options menu that has a entire slew of options. In the left hand side of the screen, there will be a options menu. In that, you will find the menu item titled “Clutter”. Click that, then you will see the settings to disable cluster. Un-check the first check box, and click save.

Congratulations! You have disabled that annoying clutter folder from making you miss emails! I have found that many of the emails that I send from our work order system is getting sent their automatically, which means no-one is getting their computer problems solved! What type of emails are you missing? Let me know!
